Dabangg 3: Sudeep joins Salman Khan on film sets
Salman Khan keeps giving his fans little sneak peeks of his upcoming cop-drama Dabangg 3. The actor has already teased his fans enough with the pictures that they can’t wait for the film to hit the screens. And now, after Sonakshi Sinha, even South Indian actor Sudeep has also joined the star cast. Sudeep, who is all set to play the role of the villain in the film, has joined Salman khan on Dabangg 3 sets and his latest post is proof that his first day went well. Sudeep took to his twitter to share a picture with Salman Khan in the gym and extended his thanks for welcoming him with warmth.
Sudeep shared the picture saying, "Heat was unbearable yet couldn't dominate the energy on set,,,, it was a thrilling day,, fabulous unit,, fantabulous people,,,,, a humongous Gym set up on Location is an added bonus. 1st day of #Dabangg3 wrapped wth smiles. Thanks @BeingSalmanKhan sir for making me feel at home." The stars are currently shooting in Mumbai's Film City where Sudeep has joined the team. Check out their picture here-
Going by the earlier reports, Sudeep will be playing the villain, who is a land mafia in the film. There will be high-octane action sequences between Salman Khan and him. While Salman's pictures from the Dabanng 3 sets are floating on the internet, Sudeep's look has been kept a secret. On the other hand, Sonakhsi Sinha will also be seen reprising her role of Rajjo in the film. The actress has already shared the look of her character from Dabangg 3 when she started shooting for the film.
In an interview earleir, Sonakshi also divulged a few details of the film's plot. "It is prequel and present. There is a backstory to my character as well. Also, a lot of team members are the same, right from the camera crew to costume department to assistant directors, etc. Prabhu Deva sir has joined us as a director and I am happy he is working on this film."
Produced by Arbaaz Khan and Salman Khan Films, Dabangg 3 will hit the screens on 20 December, 2019.
