Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas
Another celebrity couple is ready to take the big plunge. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will be getting married in the first week of December this year at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan. PeeCee who was already in India for the shooting of her film The Sky Is Pink was soon joined by the fiance Nick Jonas. She shared a romantic picture with the caption, ''Welcome baby''. Now, Nick's brother Joe Jonas and sister-in-law Sophie Turner have also arrived to participate in their wedding festivities.
Just before they left for Mumbai, The Sky Is Pink team threw a cosy bash for the soon-to-be-married couple. In a video doing the rounds on social media, the actress can be seen cutting a cake. She is having fun and also shows off her moves on song Tenu Le Ke Main Javanga. The song starring Salman Khan and PeeCee perfectly fits in the current phase of the actress' life. Meanwhile, producer Siddharth Roy Kapoor raises a toast by popping a bottle of champagne. Check out the video below:
Earlier, talking about Priyanka and her wedding, Siddharth Roy Kapur said, ''Priyanka has been wonderful. She will be shooting with us right till the very eve of her nuptials, which I think shows a tremendous amount of professionalism." Post PeeCee's wedding, the team will shoot in Mumbai and the Andaman Islands.
Priyanka distributed colourful macaroons from Paris as her shaadi ki mithai to The Sky Is Pink team. As per NDTV report, the macaroons were from the French luxury dessert brand Maison Laudree. It is reportedly the same brand which catered at the engagement bash of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta.
The duo also spent Thanksgiving Day together. Pictures of their dinner are doing the rounds on social media. While PeeCee wore an ivory anarkali, Nick kept it classy with khaki pants, white shirt and a pashmina shawl. Have a look at all the pictures:
