It was a shocker when we came to know that Bharat actress Katrina Kaif has walked out of Remo D'Souza's Street Dancer. The actress left the project due to her other work commitments, probably, for Salman Khan starrer Bharat. The actress was roped in for the Ali Abbas Zafar when Priyanka Chopra walked out of the film. Soon after this, reports started doing rounds that Katrina Kaif left Street Dancer abruptly, creating a problem for the makers. However, Street Dancer's lead actor Varun Dhawan doesn't feel so. Speaking about her exit, he said that Katrina Kaif was professional and mature to call him up and explain the reason behind her exit.
He said, "She called me and discussed why she would have to exit the film. That shows her maturity and respectfulness, and it means a lot to me. I am sure we will work together in the future."

In fact, Varun Dhawan was keen on working with Katrina Kaif and the latter insisted the makers of Street Dancers to push the film further.
"It would have been a wonderful opportunity, but things didn't work out due to the unavailability of dates. She was keen to do the film and even requested us to postpone it slightly. But logistically, that wouldn't have been possible since a lot of arrangements was already done," he added.
