Actor Prabhas became a household name after his films Baahubali and Baahubali 2 did wonderful business at the box office. Reports were doing the rounds that the actor will soon make his Bollywood debut. It was being said that filmmaker Karan Johar was keen to cast the star but apparently, Prabhas demanded a whopping amount of Rs 20 crore due to which the plan was dropped. Now, speculations are rife that the handsome hunk has once again rejected KJo’s offer.
According to a report in Times of India, Prabhas was approached for a project by Karan. However, he couldn’t say yes to it as he was busy with the work of his upcoming film Saaho.
Thus, it seems that people have to wait little longer to see Prabhas in a Bollywood film. The actor will be seen doing some high-octane action sequences in Saaho. The movie also features Shraddha Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and many other stars in pivotal roles.
On a related note, both the instalments of Baahubali, directed by SS Rajamouli did earth-shattering collections. Along with Prabhas, the movie also featured Anushka Shetty, Sathyaraj and Rana Daggubati in pivotal roles. Baahubali 2 broke many box office records and set benchmark for all the upcoming Bollywood films.
