Arjun Rampal with daughter and girlfriend
Arjun Rampal is currently on cloud nine as he is all set to become father once again. The actor will soon welcome his first child with girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades. The couple recently hosted a baby shower ceremony which was attended by director Abhishek Kapoor, cricketer Yuvraj Singh among others. Arjun and Gabriella twinned in white at their baby shower. They even posed with their happy bunch. For unversed, Arjun and Gabriella were spotted together at different occasions but the couple never came out open about their relationship.
Arjun was earlier married to Mehr Jesia and they announced their split last year after 20 years of marital bliss. Arjun and Mehr have two daughters- Mahikaa,17-year old, and Myra, who is 13. Recently in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, the actor opened up on his personal life and his new found love. ''It’s been sheer hell for the last five years but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, doesn’t it?,'' he said.
Adding futher, he said, ''We met through common friends. So, what can I say? That she stalked me? Wishful thinking that, buddy! It’s only been a year since we started dating and here we are. For keeps. And I must add that it was of prime importance that my daughters should accept her as a part of the family. I’m blessed that they have, no questions asked."
Before baby shower celebration, the couple spent some quality time in Maldives. The actor even shared a picture from their vacation with the caption, ''When you wake up to this, you know you are blessed."
Arjun met Gabriella during an Indian Premier League afterparty in 2009 but they began dating only a few years ago. Gabriella was even spotted by Arjun's side after his mother Gwen Rampal passed away last year. Arjun and Gabriella dated for a couple of years before making their relationship public with the pregnancy news. Sharing a picture on Instagram, Arjun Rampal wrote, ''Blessed to have you and start all over again....thank you baby for this baby.” In the photo, Gabriella and Arjun are dressed in formals. While the actor is all suited up, his girlfriend is donning a gown. Arjun wraps his arms around Gabriella as she flaunts her baby bump.
