Actress Deepika Padukone took the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival 2018 by storm with her stylish appearances. The Piku actress wore a beautiful pink gown that had layers of dramatic ruffles. With perfect make-up and hairdo, the dimpled beauty looked angelic. In fact, her rumoured beau Ranveer Singh couldn’t stop himself from commenting on her pic. But not only the handsome hunk, actress Anushka Sharma also looked impressed with Deepika’s look. Yes, the latter posted a video from Cannes on social media on which the Zero actress gave a sweet compliment.
Anushka wrote, “Deepika you looked absolutely stunning on the carpet.”
Deepika responded saying, “Thank you so much Anushka!! Lots of love.”
Earlier, it was being said that all is not well between the two ladies. In fact, when Anushka appeared on Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan alongside Katrina Kaif, she admitted that she is not friends with the Padmaavat actress. However, it seems that now things are fine between them.
On a related note, Ranveer was on a commenting spree as he kept complimenting Deepika on all her looks.
On the professional front, Anushka is occupied with the work of her upcoming film Zero. The film directed by Anand L Rai also features Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina in pivotal roles.
