Angad Bedi talks about his newborn daughter and wife Neha Dhupia
Bollywood actor Angad Bedi, who was blessed with a little angel, a daughter with wife and actress Neha Dhupia, revealed that both his "girls are doing really well". The Soorma actor took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to give a health update of the new mother-daughter duo. Angad tweeted, "The last two days have been very overwhelming. Neha and me have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Thank you all for your wishes and love that is coming our way. Both my girls are doing really well."
Neha Dhupia delivered her first born on November 18. According to a statement issued by her publicist, Neha delivered the child in Womens Hospital here. Neha and Angad surprised everyone with their hush-hush wedding in May this year. They confirmed Neha's pregnancy in August, a little over three months after their wedding. The actor also recently appeared on wife Neha Dhupia’s chat show No Filter Neha where he openly talked about their families reaction on their marriage as well as the pregnancy.
Angad revealed on No Filter Neha, "Considering that you didn't want to break the news that you were expecting, so we had to tell them that we need to get married and we love each other. I was extremely nervous because that was the judgement day, technically. To break the news to your parents, I really had cold feet as clearly it was not going to come from you (Neha). Everything had to come from me. I had to really man up and speak. I just had to blurt it out and see the reaction."
When Angad finally broke the news to her parents, he claim that they were really mad. He said, "Bohot jhaad padi. There was silence and then your (Neha) mom got really mad. Thoda dramatic tha mere liye aur bohot jhaad pari."
Well, all is well when end is well. Now the duo is ready to shower their love on their daughter.
