Amritsar train accident: Actor Ajay Devgan pays condolences to the bereaved families
On the occasion of Dussehra festival celebration, a news broke down wherein the holy city of Punjab -Amritsar witnesses a mishappening. Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan also expressed his grief while writing on the micro-blogging website.
Informing you about the incident, a large number of people were watching a huge Ravan effigy in flames while standing on the tracks at a railway crossing at Jora Phatak when the train on way from Pathankot to Amritsar mowed them down. Over 60 people dead as per the reports so far.
Golmaal movie star Ajay Devgan expressed his grief and took to his Twitter handle writing, "Pained to hear about the Amritsar train tragedy. Deepest condolences to the bereaved families."
Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh also took to twitter and expressed grief over the incident. The chief minister has also announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh to the family members of the deceased.
