Amid wedding rumours with Anand Ahuja, Sonam Kapoor slays in ethnic avatar for Veere Di Wedding promotions
Neerja actress Sonam Kapoor has been trending for her wedding rumours with beau Anand Ahuja. Right from anil Kapoor’s house in Mumbai being all decked up for the upcoming marriage ceremonies to guests such as Karan Johar, Farah Khan and so on were spotted at Anil Kapoor’s house for the ceremonies. Amid all the marriage preparation, Sonam Kapoor is winning hearts with her ethnic avatar for Veere Di Wedding promotions.
Taking to her Instagram account, the bride-to-be Sonam Kapoor posted a couple of pictures in a blue Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga. She completed the look with a pair of jhumkas from Gehna Jewellers.
She captioned the first image, "I'm ready and anxiously waiting for the release of a passion project of mine, Veere Di Wedding. Expect drama, comedy, romance and much more. See you soon!"
She posted two more pictures from the photoshoot.
The hotness-personified actress’ make-up was also on-point with smokey eyes and pink lips. Her hair was neatly tied in a bun which kept the focus on her flawless make-up.
Recently, Sonam Kapoor posted a tweet that left everyone confused. The lady has said that she finds some of the gossips that are doing the rounds on social media, freaking hilarious. We are still wondering if it is related to her wedding. Sonam took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “Some of the gossip that’s coming out from the sources close to me is freaking hilarious.”
On a related note, along with Sonam, Veere Di Wedding also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. The movie directed by Shashanka Ghosh, is all set to hit the screens on June 1.
