It is rumoured that the duo will tie the knot next year. When asked about her wedding plans at Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018, Alia was quick enough to say, "If people are waiting for my wedding then, they have to wait for it. I think climax should be good and there should be a happy ending to it''.
Earlier, Ranbir admitted that he is no rush to get married. ''I have always believed that marriage is something that will happen naturally. It can't be like, 'Okay, I am 35 now, so it's time to get married'. It should come to you and your partner naturally and you should both feel, 'This is the right phase. Now, we should take this relationship to the next level. But abhi aisi koi baat nai hai,'' the actor said.

After dating Katrina, Ranbir found love in Alia, who is 10 years younger to him. Their love blossomed on the sets of Ayan Mukerji's film. On Koffee With Karan, the actress confessed that she is dating the Sanju actor. However, some also say that it is mere a gimmick by Dharma Productions for the free publicity of Brahmastra.
Recently, Ranbir accompanied Alia to the doctor after the Raazi actress suffered a minor injury on the sets.Meanwhile, they also obliged fans with selfies.
On a related note, Brahmastra written and directed by Ayan Mukherji is being produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Divyendu Sharma and Mouni Roy will be seen in prominent roles in the movie. The first part of Brahmastra trilogy is scheduled to release during Christmas 2019. In addition, Alia will also be seen in Gully Boy, Kalank and Takht. On the other hand, Ranbir has signed Samshera and Luv Ranjan's film along with Ajay Devgn.
