After giving us six films including superhit Gangaajal, the hit jodi of actor Ajay Devgn and director-producer Prakash Jha might collaborate again. The duo who has worked in films like Dil Kya Kare, Gangaajal, Apaharan, Shikhar, Raajneeti and Satyagraha is reportedly planning to spread their magic on silver screen again with a realistic subject.

If reports of DNA are to be believed, then an insider informed the portal that the subject is inspired by real incidents. ''Ajay and Prakash ji have collaborated for some interesting films inspired by real incidents. The new subject, too, is in that space and is relevant for the present times,'' informed the source.

The duo last worked together in 2013 film Satyagraha, a political drama which revolved around the fight against corruption. In Jha's last film Jai Gangaajal, Priyanka Chopra played the lead role which reportedly upset the actor. It seems the duo has now buried their hatchets.

Meanwhile, Ajay recently played a prank on his followers by putting 'contact number' of wife Kajol on Twitter. Initially, Twitterati thought that his account has been hacked and the celebrity couple started trending on the micro-blogging site.

On the professional front, Ajay has multiple projects lined up. He will be seen in Indra Kumar's Total Dhamaal, Akiv Ali's De De Pyaar De, Neeraj Pandey’s Chanakya and Boney Kapoor’s sports drama. The actor will also feature alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Luv Ranjan's rom-com and in Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior. Devgn will be playing Subedar Taanaji Malusare in the period drama who is remembered for his valour in Battle of Sinhagad in 1670.
