Ailing Irrfan Khan returns to Twitter after 2 months, here’s what he posted
Irrfan Khan, who has been diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine, is back on the micro-blogging site Twitter after two months to give Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar his best wishes.
Irrfan was away from the social media for quite some time now because of his illness but he took to his Twitter account on Wednesday to share the poster of his upcoming film ‘Karwaan’ which also stars Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar. He wrote, “Beginnings have the innocence that experience can't buy. My best wishes to @dulQuer , @mipalkar for joining the karwaan. ‘ Two karwaans ' .... Mine and the movie !! @MrAkvarious @RSVPMovies @RonnieScrewvala”
Irrfan’s co-star Dalquer Salmaan replied in no time saying “Thank you so much sir ! Couldn't have asked for a better beginning than with you ! Wishing and praying for your speedy recovery always!”
Directed by Akarsh Khurana, Karwaan marks the Bollywood debut of the Malayalam actor Dalquer Salmaan who is popular for his roles in movies like ‘OK Kanmani’ and ‘Charlie’. Another actor who will be launched from the flick is Mithila Palkar, who gained recognition with her web series ‘Little Things’ opposite Dhruv Sehgal. Karwaan will also mark the debut of director Akarsh Khurana.
As the tagline on the poster reads, “3 Lost Souls...2 Dead Bodies...A Journey of a Lifetime”, the movie revolves around the lives of three people who bump into each other and set for a crazy journey together in order to bring back normalcy into their lives.
