This is no news that Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan loves to interact with fans and friends on social media. He is not just quick to respond to message and comments but his wit and sense of humour are unmatchable. Not just this, but he is known to pin down trolls many times on the social media.
This time again, Abhishek Bachchan gave befitting replies to trolls who mocked Anurag Kashyap for casting the actor in his upcoming film Manmarziyan. Trolls even tried to slam Junior Bachchan for going on a vacation. Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap took to Twitter to share the news of his upcoming film Manmarziyan being premiered at the TIFF. He wrote, “Manmarziyaan aka “Husband Material” premieres at TIFF before releasing on the 21st September @cypplOfficial @aanandlrai @juniorbachchan @taapsee @vickykaushal09 @KanikaDhillon.”
A Twitter user mocked Anurag Kashyap for casting Abhishek Bachchan in his film. He tweeted, “From K.K.Menon to John Abraham to Abhay deol to Manoj Bajpayee to Nawazuddin sidaqi to Ronit roy to Vicky kaushal...All Great choices. But wtf Abhishek bacchan ? r u suffering from http://K.Jo syndrom? Its all about loving the film stars??”
But Abhishek Bachchan is not the one who can let the comments fade away. He pinned down the troll saying, “@anuragkashyap72 yay, he called me a film star!!!”
The twitter user responded to Abhishek’s sassy tweet saying, “I meant 'son of film star'. K Jo ke friend circle me aane se choices bhi K Jo type ho gayi hai... Ranbeer, Abhishek.. what next? Tushar kapoor??”
Abhishek Bachchan again got back at him and said, “Oh… You “meant”… Chalo, I’ll consider it a Freudian slip. And BTW @TusshKapoor would be a great choice.”
By this time, the Twitter user must have realized that Junior Bachchan is the one to back out. Another Twitter user tried to troll Abhishek Bachchan for going on vacations even when he hasn’t worked in Bollywood for last 2-3 years. Bachchan’s reply was on point. He said, “Because, sir, I have several other businesses that I run apart from acting and producing movies. Sports being just one of them.”
Its high time netizens understand that Abhishek Bachchan is the master of all trades. The actor knows how to pin down trolls and keep us entertained with his sassiness.
Abhishek Bachchan will return to the silver screen after two years with Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan. The film also stars Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu and is slated to release on September 21, 2018.
