Salman Khan’s latest Instagram post leaves fans excited for Dabangg 3
Salman Khan’s 2010 movie Dabangg is easily the most favorite among the fans. There is absolutely no one who didn’t fall in love with Chulbul Pandey. From being a fun-loving cop to fighting the villains with full power, Salman Khan charmed us with every dialogue of Dabangg. As the iconic film completes eight years, Salman Khan went down the memory lane and shared a still from the movie.
Taking to the social media, Salman Khan shared a picture from his Dabangg days with his co-star Sonakshi Sinha and captioned the image as “Aaj 8 saal Ho Gaye Dabangg Ko... thank u for all the appreciation and love from Rajjo and Chulbul Pandey...see u in #Dabangg3 next year” Salman’s post not only made the fans feel nostalgic but also left them excited for the third installment of the popular franchise.
Talking about Dabangg 3 earlier at a press conference, Salman has revealed that they will start shooting the film in March next year and it will revive the sizzling chemistry of Salman and Sonakshi. Salman further said, "We will start working on 'Dabangg 3' in March... Sonakshi is with me in the film. And the best character of the film 'Makhanchand Pandey' will also be back. Chulbul Pandey is incomplete without Makhanchand Pandey.”
Salman also assured the fans that Dabangg 3 will have everything ‘ from fun, heroism, drama and emotions.’ Buzz also had it that this time not Arbaz Khan but Prabhudeva will be helming the project. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Prabhudeva confirmed the reports and said, ''I was in Mumbai last week to finalise all the details. Yes, I am directing Dabangg 3 for Salman and Arbaaz Khan. Who says no to them? We’ve been closely associated for the longest time. I share a warm friendship with Salman Khan and his brothers. When Salman and Arbaaz asked me to direct Dabangg 3 there was no question of saying no.”
With Prabhdeva directing the film and Salman-Sonakshi reviving their chemistry, it would be a lot more difficult to wait for Dabangg 3 to hit the theaters.
