Young Rohan Mehra replaces child Naksh in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
New Delhi: Star Plus' hit TV show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' will be taking a nine year leap and therefore the entire cast has to gone through a rigorous chuck in and out process.While the protagonists Akshara and Naitik will be seen dealing with their 20-year-old son, it is Rohan Mehra who has been finalized to play their son.
Rohan will be stepping into the shoes of child artist Shivansh Kotia as Naksh in the episodes planned to go on air by March end.
Rohan Mehra has earlier played Varun in Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar's popular show 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain'. Another quite prominent factor revolving around the show with the news of the leap is the shoot planned in South Africa.
According to the latest TV reports, the post-leap episodes of the show will be shot in a few exotic locations of South Africa.
