New Delhi: Actor Hrithik Roshan's separation from his wife Sussanne Khan Roshan came as a shock to all those who woke up to the news. Hrithik and Sussanne were what you call the epitome of love.
When their relationship turned sour, they decided to part ways in December last year. The reason for this heartbreaking split never saw the day's light. But, that did not put a stop to the speculation. Rumours had it that Hrithik's negligence towards Sussanne and her closeness to actor Arjun Rampal were the reasons.
Recently, when the grapevine was rife that actor Arjun Rampal was moving away from his wife Mehr Rampal, the rumours got more fire. To add to it, a few days ago it was reported that Sussanne was all set to marry Hrithik's close friend. While everyone stayed away from mentioning this ‘friend' of the Bang Bang actor, Arjun was thought to be the one.

But Sussanne's mother has put an end to all the rumours. Zarine Khan, who had recently said that she is bonded with Hrithik for life, told a portal, “There is not an iota of truth in this news, my daughter is not getting married. There is no man in her life. We don't know, who, time and again keeps spreading these rumours. We are in a very sad state wherein we can't say yes or no. It is a sad place to be in this film industry. When we try to say something, something more gets splashed all over. Now we just want to keep quiet. Sussanne is working very hard. She is happy with her life. She is bringing up her two kids single-handedly.”
If Zarine's statement is to be believed and given the fact that she has a soft spot for Hrithik, does this indicate that the childhood sweethearts Hrithik and Sussanne might get back together? We will keep you posted on this one.
