New Delhi: It seems that Sunny Leone has turned out to be the controversy's favourite child these days. The actress, who recently won support from the celebs over her interview to a leading channel, has now landed herself in a legal trouble.
An FIR has been filed against Sunny Leone and her co-star Vir Das in Mumbai for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments in ‘Mastizaade'.
The FIR has been registered in Adarsh Nagar Police Station in Delhi and has also roped in Tusshar Kapoor and the producers of the film for the similar charge.
According to the complaint, in one of the scenes of the film, Leone and Das are allegedly seen promoting the use of condom inside a temple in a “vulgar” manner.
The complaint has been filed by advocate Gaurav Gulati who had previously filed a complaint against Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan for entering a temple on the set of Bigg Boss 9 with their shoes on.
An adult comedy, ‘Mastizaade' was released on January 29, and had received a mixed response from the audience.
