New Delhi: This morning Forbes brought amazing news for the superstars of Indian cinema, especially for the Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. A list released by the magazine testifies that SRK is the highest earning star of 2015; his total earnings being a whooping Rs 257 crores.
Last year Shah Rukh was at number 3 in this list but he has managed to come back to the top. His next movie ‘Dilwale' is due release on 18th of December. The movie which reunites him with Kajol after five years has created quite the buzz around it. Fans of King Khan are excited and trade gurus have predicted that the movie will do well at the box office. This indicates that SRK's 2015 earnings might increase.
Further the list also asserts that the three superstar Khans are the rulers of Bollywood. While SRK defeated his other two Khan-friends; Salman Khan and Aamir Khan to be at the top position, the other two also had a brilliant year.
The total Khan collection mounts up to around Rs 563 crores.

Salman's share in this massive amount is Rs 202.75 crores. The year 2015 Salman has been fantastic for him. Both his movies, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, collectively earned over Rs 500 crores. Yesterday, he was given a major relief by the Bombay High Court, as he was acquitted from all charges in the infamous hit and run case of 2002.
Aamir's, despite no movie in the year, earning was Rs 104.25 crores. Mr perfectionist's last movie was PK, which was released in December 2014. The ‘Ghajini' star was however, caught in controversies after his comment on intolerance. He received a lot of flak but that did not in any way hamper his earnings this year.
Coming close to SRK and Salman is megastar Amitabh Bachchan who is nestled at number 3 in the list; he has earned Rs 112 crores this year. Following him is cricketer MS Dhoni ( Rs 119.33 crores), Akshay Kumar (Rs 127.83 crore) and Virat Kohli ( Rs 104. 78 crores).
