Mumbai: CBI has been rebuked by a Mumbai court for leaking chargesheet investigation of actress Jiah Khan suicide case in public. It had filed a chargsheet against actor Sooraj Pancholi earlier this week accusing him of abetting Jiah's suicide. After revealing what he did to her, CBI's investigation has now disclosed that Jiah had a major fight with boyfriend Sooraj before committing suicide.
Apparently, Sooraj had described this fight as a mere ‘misunderstanding'. The CBI told that Sooraj had sent a bouquet to Jiah for congratulating her on bagging two films and an item song. He then went for dinner with a friend at a five star restaurant.
It further stated that he called Jiah to say that he was at a hotel waiting for a lady jewellery designer. But when Jiah called the woman to confirm this, the latter told her she was to meet Sooraj the following morning. Then immediately she called Sooraj and accused him of lying. Sooraj then called up the jewellery designer to confirm her arrival that night but she told him their appointment was for the following morning.
The investigating agency said Sooraj then requested her to call up Jiah and clear the misunderstanding. However, her calls to Jiah were met with a busy tone. Jiah's repeated attempts to call Sooraj and message him were not answered until he called her at 10.22pm. Following this, Jiah made her way to Sooraj's house and called his domestic help as his phone was switched off.

At Sooraj's instructions, the help lied to Jiah that he was in a meeting with his father Aditya Pancholi. But as Jiah kept standing outside, the help informed Sooraj and he sent someone to fetch her. But by that time Jiah had left.
At 22:45pm in the night, when Jiah called him, the couple had a heated argument which was heard by 2 people. According to CCTV footage, Jiah returned home at 22:48pm. The last conversation between her and Sooraj was at 22:54pm. Then between 22:56pm to 23:21pm, Sooraj sent 10 messages to Jiah and when her mother returned at 23:20pm, she found her hanging from the bedroom ceiling fan.
