New Delhi: Sonam Kapoor's ‘Khoobsurat' is out with its first song ‘Engine Ki Seeti' and it's a full peppy, lively and energetic number.
A controversial song, that raised a few issues days ago, seems extensively fun-filled and highly intriguing. Not only the music, the lyrics but also the picturisation forces you to stand up, hop and start grooving. While the music was already serving as the popular theme for the film's promotion, the visuals come so lively to you that you feel mesmerized with their vigour.
Sonam, who can be considered as the heart and soul of the song, makes you notice only her. And once she starts shaking that ‘bum,' she looks terribly amazing. So much power, energy and life she seems to have filled in the song that it looks she is the one free bird enjoying her last day on Earth.
It would be a bit early to comment but at least in ‘Engine Ki Seeti,' the actress has completely justified her ‘happy go lucky' character.
After making Katrina Kaif energetically driving the viewers on her tunes in ‘Kamli' in Dhoon 3, Sunidhi Chauhan has once again gone ahead of the musical boundaries in delivering ‘Engine Ki Seeti.'
An instant push to your heart and wit to groove and get delved in your world of fun and laughter, the song has been creatively designed to provide that ‘chill' attitude to its listeners. A revamped version of a Rajasthani folk song named ‘engine ki seeti me maaro mann dole,' this one from #Khoobsurat is a strict fun and has got nothing for critical evaluation.
Music is by Sneha Khanwalkar and lyrics by Ikram Rajasthani, ‘Engine Ki Seeti' is a playful-colourful number and you have no other alternative but to enjoy it.
