It's not the first occasion that such humongous cost is incurred over a song. If we recall 2007 ‘Bhool Bhulaiya' title track and 2010 ‘Khatta Meetha' song Aila re aila both featuring Khiladi Kumar, there was a lot of cash laid for their portrayal which set new standards for the costly songs. And it is Akshay Kumar again who is raising bars.
For Sonakshi it's her third item number after ‘Govinda' and ‘Thank God its Friday' and fourth outing with Akki with whom she shared screen in Rowdy Rathore, Joker, and this August release ‘Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai'.
