Mumbai: The controversy erupted over Human Resource Development minister Smriti Irani's educational qualification, does not seem to die down. Her educational qualifications led to a full-blown war of words between the Congress and the BJP.
After BJP, now Bollywood actress-producer Preeti Jhangiani has come out in her defence saying that a person's capability cannot be judged through his or her education. Preeti is confident that Smriti Irani will perform better.
“It is not just education that counts but capability also. I think a person's capability cannot be judged through his or her education. What matters more is that how hard he or she wants to work or how much he or she can work, the confidence that person portrays and how well that person can work for his or her constituency,” Preeti said.
