In an unusual promotional activity, the makers of Singh Is Bling have released a song from the movie before its trailer.
Singh Is Bling is the sequel to the 2008 movie of Akshay Kumar, Singh is King. The movie was a huge commercial success and Akshay's role was appreciated by the audience.
The song titled “Tung Tung Baje” is sung by singer Diljit Dosanjh and Noora sisters and shows the different sides of Punjab. To bring a more authentic touch to the song, the video features a lot of gatka, bhangra and gidda groups.
According to producer Ashvini Yardi, “We thought it would be good to try something novel. This song will set the mood for the audience and after that we will release the theatrical trailer on August 19."
“Singh Is Bling” is directed by Prabhudeva and has been shot in Goa, Romania, Patiala and Cape Town. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the movie also stars Amy Jackson and Lara Dutta and will see a release on 2nd October 2015.
