New Delhi: Bollywood has been a witness to several friendships, cold wars, love affairs and even break ups.

While some of the bonds don't catch the limelight, there are some celebs whose terms with their co-stars always become the talk of the town.

We are talking about Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.

The bond between the Khans' has always been a centre of attraction, be it because of their cold war or because of their current budding friendship.

Yes! Both SRK and Salman have finally decided to put an end to their ongoing cold war and are now taking steps to improve their relationship.

Infact, the two superstars don't miss a chance to praise each other. And now these enemies-turned-friends are discussing about a ‘big thing'.

This revelation was made by King Khan himself.

Recently SRK was asked how important is the star system in Bollywood, Shah Rukh said here: “If in IPL (Indian Premier League), we don't have stars, nobody will watch it. So, you have to have stars for people to choose films.

“(Cricketer Mahendra Singh) Dhoni is a star, but, if he doesn't perform well for three times, everyone starts abusing him. So, performance is very important. I think star system is important, or else by this time, our films would have come to an end.”

Infact, Shah Rukh feels lucky enough that he still gets to play a romantic lead even at the age of 50. This is when he mentioned his conversation details which he had with Salman Khan. He said, “Earlier at 40, a hero was not a hero anymore. So, Salman and I were talking the other day that God has been so kind to us that we are 50, and we are still doing the same thing as we did when we were 25.”

“It's a big thing for us,” said the actor, who will be seen romancing Kajol in the Rohit Shetty directorial ‘Dilwale'. Releasing on December 18, the film also features Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani and Johnny Lever in pivotal roles.
