Mumbai, June 17: The news of a new birth always brings happiness to one's face but this might not be in the case of Bollywood megastar Shahrukh Khan, who in a media interaction, declared that sooner he will again be the father of BOY.
The declaration of the unborn child's sex has brought King Khan into trouble. The Health Minister of Maharashtra Suresh Shetty after receiving an email demanding investigation by state's Indian Radiological and Imaging Associations (IRIA) has ordered probe into the matter as how SRK and Gauri got to know about the sex of their unborn child.
In the wake of the reports of skewed sex ratio across the state including Mumbai, radiologists are under the scanner of the state health department for allegedly conducting illegal sex determination.
Action will be taken against the radiologist who would have confirmed the news through the surrogacy.
If it is found so, then it will be a case of breach of law for the star couple.
Shah Rukh and Gauri are blessed with two kids namely Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan.
