New Delhi: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's latest relese ‘Dilwale' has made it to the highly anticipated movies of 2015. As expected from the star who has given many blockbusters in his career, SRK's magic worked again, enabling this movie to earn Rs 93.39 crores in six days.
Helmed by Rohit Shetty, ‘Dilwale' reunited the golden pair of SRK and Kajol after a gap of 5 years. They were last seen in filmmaker Karan Johar's My Name Is Khan which had garnered applauds from across the globe.
The ensemble cast of ‘Dilwale' also includes Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Mishra among others. The movie saw a bumper opening as it earned Rs 21 crores in India on the first day.
And now six days after its release, ‘Dilwale' has raked in Rs 93.39 crores in India. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted this:
‘Dilwale' got a stiff competition from Sanjay Leela Bhansali's ‘Bajirao Mastani' starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. The magnum opus narrates the story of Peshwa ruler Bajirao and his love story with Mastani, a Muslim warrior princess.

Shah Rukh's marketing genius did benefit his movie, but in India, Bajirao Mastani has impacted the collections immensely. However, now with Christmas's long weekend starting tomorrow, Dilwale is expected to earn way beyond Rs 100 crores.
