New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan shares an altogether different bond with his co-star Kajol.
The two not just share a magical chemistry on screen but also have been great friends since a long time now.
However, despite having such a strong bong with Kajol, reports about Shah Rukh Khan's rivalry with Kajol's hubby Ajay Devgn have always been rife.
Infact, in a recent media event, Kajol had even confessed that Ajay and SRK are not friends with each other.
But the ‘Diwale' actor has an entirely different take on the matter and just doesn't agree with Kajol.
King Khan spilled the beans about his bond with Ajay Devgn saying, "We don't sit down and chat. Ajay is a quiet guy and so am I in real life. I may come out as more talkative in public. We are friends. If I have any issue, I can pick up the phone at 3am and call Ajay and tell him 'Listen, I need Kajol to come and do this for me' and he will drive her.
"We are such kind of friends. It happens because we have space. We are married and have kids and somewhere we have parallel life.” Shah Rukh said despite what people perceive about him and Ajay, the two actors are always there for each other in the time of crisis.
"When Kajol lost her dad, I was driving down to airport and Ajay called me and said 'Listen, you are the first guy I am calling because you are a friend. Come here and be with Kajol. Bring Karan (Johar) along. It was not because we were the only ones he could take support from... It is because we all are friends. We are very different people."
Currently Shah Rukh is busy promoting his upcoming movie ‘Dilwale' with Kajol, which is all set to hit the theatres this Friday. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the movie also features Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon.
