Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is yet to get over his failed relationship with Priyanka Chopra. That seems to be the reason why he is still unwilling to take his friendship with Bipasha Basu to the next level, says a media report.
The report quoting a source said, Shahid seems to be still nursing wounds from his last relationship. And that is why he is in no mood to make a commitment to Bipasha right now.
The report quotes the source: “Bipasha and Shahid really like each other and they wanted to take it a step ahead. But he is still not ready to get into a full-fledged relationship at this point.”
Shahid's ‘tumultous' relationship with Priyanka ended early this year.
“There was a lot of passion, but the many break-ups they went through took a toll on him. He is yet to get into that space where he could completely commit to someone”, says the source.
Bipasha, with her long relationship with John Abraham off, is seeking solace in the arms of Rana Daggubatti who supposedly is no more than a friend.
The report quoted the source: “Apparently, Bipasha confided in a friend recently, saying that Rana was a close friend and Shahid needs some more time from her.”
