New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor shared the first poster of 'Haider' on the social networking site Instagram.
When Bollywood's next door boy Shahid Kapoor worked with one of the best film director of Bollywood Vishal Bhardwaj in 'Kaminey ', it was unanimously appreciated by all and critics, for Shahid's terrific performance.
Now after a long time gap actor-director duo is back with another fantastic rendering of Shakespearean tragedy Hamlet, which has been titled 'Haider' under Vishal Bhardwaj's direction.
First look of Shahid Kapoor's ‘Haider' is revealed and it's magnificent. Though the poster has no glimpse of Shahid, it captures the scenic beauty of Kashmir.
The poster doesn't reveal much about the movie but the blood over the snow depicts that 'Haider' will be an intense amalgamations of romance, conflict and revenge.
Shahid Kapoor will be seen in totally different avatar in the movie. Shedding his trademark chocolate-boy image, actor Shahid Kapoor will be sporting a dense beard and short trimmed hair.
'Haider' is Vishal Bhardwaj's adaption another William Shakespeare play 'Hamlet'.
The movie is based on past and present Kashmir. Vishal in the past has adapted two of Shakespeare's work, Macbeth (Maqbool) and Othello (Omkara).
Shahid has turned producer with this project as he is sharing equal stake (33.33%) with UTV and Vishal.
Shahid won't be seen taking the credit of being the producer.
