Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor's date with Delhi got cancelled because the meet to be held in Delhi University wasn't given a clean chit by the police due to security reasons.
The duo, along with other stars and director of their film Raajneeti were slated to meet college students in Delhi and talk about politics. However, the police advised Prakash Jha, the film's director to postpone the event as the presence of popular stars would have attracted huge crowds and it may have resulted into a security problem for the cast and crew.
“I was told by the police that I should not hold the event in Delhi University,” Jha is quoted as saying.
With the event cancelled, the film's leading stars suddenly found free time on their hands. They decided to utilize it by doing some interviews for music channels.
