Mumbai: 'Sasural Simar Ka', one of the popular daily soaps of Colors, has completed its successful run of 1000 episodes on television and the entire cast of the show celebrated this achievement by cutting a cake on the sets of the show, Monday.
'Sasural Simar Ka' is the story of two sisters Simar and Roli, who have lived their life with zest and coming out every possible hurdle with determination.
Avika Gor, who plays one of the sisters Roli in the show, is happy with the show reaching a millennium mark and thanked the viewers for this.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the completion of 1000 episodes on the tube, 'Sasural Simar Ka' is now flying off to Hong Kong with a new twist in the love story of Simar and Prem.
It will be interesting to see how 'Sasural Simar Ka' is going to keep the audiences glued to the screens in future.
The show airs Mondays to Saturdays at 7:30 pm.
