Faridabad, Haryana, July 24 : A stone thrown by a fan hit actress Sarah Jane, while she was doing promotion for her film Kya Super Kool Hai Hum at a mall here on Monday evening.
A large number of fans had gathered at Crown Interior Mall here, to watch the actors of the film perform on stage.
Sarah Jane and her co-star Neha Sharma delighted the audience by doing some dance steps, as Tusshar Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh watched.
While introducing herself to the audience, Sarah Jane was saying in a lighter vein that her name was pronounced Say-rah and not Saa-raah, but if her fans wanted they could also pronounce Saa-raah.
As the audience shouted in glee, a stone was thrown from among the fans, which hit Sarah on her face.
Tusshar Kapoor picked up the stone, and Riteish Deshmukh shouted who the person was. A disturbed Sarah walked off the stage, and the event came to an end.
The event organisers appealed to the fans to maintain decorum.
Faridabad police said, this appeared to be an act of prank by a fan.
Nobody has been arrested.
