New Delhi: Hospital saga 'Sanjeevni's Dr Omi aka Sanjit Bedi has passed away.
The young and talented actor Sanjit was suffering from a brain ailment and had been in coma for a while. Sanjit's death has come as a shock for his family and friends.
Sanjit's cremation was scheduled at 11 am today at the Chandanwadi crematorium, Marine Lines in Mumbai.
Survived by wife, Sanjit was part of numerous shows including Jaane Kya Baat Huyi, Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman, Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, Kasautii Zindagii Kay and other Balaji shows.
Small screen celebs have taken it to Twitter to express their grief. Nivedita Basu tweeted a while ago, " Just heard the sad news of #SanjitBedi leaving us today #RIP.
TV actress Kamya Punjabi tweeted," RIP Sanjit bedi!!!"
