Mumbai/New Delhi, Apr 18: Even as the Supreme Court today granted a four-week breather to Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, who had asked for six months relief, the list of films that the star has in his hand clearly show, he will have to literally run against time.

In Bollywood stars work on 8-hr shifts, and even if Dutt works three shifts, i.e. 24 hours a day, he may not be able to complete all the seven films he has in hand.

For completing the shooting and dubbing for the seven films, Dutt required 196 days (slightly more than 6 months), but he has only four weeks in hand, not a day more.

A total of Rs 278 crore worth films is not at stake. Foremost among the seven films is Policeigiri, which has a Rs 55 cr budget, and is slated for June 14 release.

Sanjay Dutt has 15 days work left in this film, which he is doing with Prachi Desai, a remake of a Tamil film. Says producer T P Agrawal: "Sanjay did all the stunts himself in this film. He didn't ask for a double."

Among the remaining six films, the prominent one is Raj Kumar Hirani's PK starring Amir Khan. This Rs 45 cr budget film requires six days from Dutt.

In the Zanjeer remake directed by Apoorva Lakhia, Dutt  plays the role of Sher Khan, done by Pran in the original film.  Priyanka and Ram Charan Teja are the stars in this film. This film with a Rs 45 cr budget is slated for June 14 release  and Sanjay has to do 14 days work for this film.

Then, there is Unglee, by Karan Johar, whose budget is Rs 30 cr and the relese date is Sept 6. Emraan Hashmi and Kangna Ranaut are the lead actors.

Sanjay also has to do 26 days shooting for Sonam Shah's film Sher, whose budget is Rs 35 crore. Another film Dwand with a budget of Rs 30 cr requires 30 days shooting from Dutt.

The seventh and last film in hand is Vasooli with a budget of Rs 38 cr and it requires 50 days work from Dutt.

Apart from his films, Sanjay Dutt has to look after his two kids, Ikra and Shahran, born two and a half years ago.  Given his good behaviour in jail, Sanjay may come out of 2 years 9 months out of a total of three and a half years, and by that time, the two kids would be five years old.

Eldest daughter Trishala from the US is on way to Mumbai to meet her father, whom she dotes on.  Dutt can't move out of Mumbai without permission of Tada court.

In the face of all this, with requests for pardon made by Justice Markandey Katju, Amar Singh and Jayaprada, a total of 60 letters related to Sanjay Dutt have landed either with the Governor or the President, out of which 25 letters have opposed pardon to the film star.
