New Delhi: Sidelining all the rumours over their tiff, Salman Khan has invited Shah Rukh Khan for his sister Arpita Khan's wedding. Speculations were rife that Dabangg Khan may or may not invite his Bollywood rival SRK since they aren't in their best terms but a leading daily has confirmed the news quoting that Salman Khan has sent a wedding invitation to King Khan.
While the wedding will take place in Hyderabad on November 17th this year, a grand reception is awaited in Mumbai on November 21st and SRK will be among the big guests invited for the lavish reception.
"The guest list features actors, politicians, sportsmen and corporate honchos. In a thoughtful gesture, Salman has also sent an invite to Shah Rukh”, a leading daily confirms a source as saying.
For couple of years, the two superstars have saccharine their sour relationship and as witnessed in many public events, they have been taking a jibe in a rather positive manner, however, it wasn't confirmed whether they are in best of terms now.
So now when SRK is listed in the guest list, let's see who others are invited at the do.
The Royal Falaknuma Palace is booked at a whooping cost of Rs 1 cr per day in Hyderabad, which will witness big names from business, politics, cinema and other fields. PM Narendra Modi has also been confirmed to arrive at the big bash however it is yet to be seen whether he makes it to the event following his tight schedule.
Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar, Subhash Ghai are among guests.
From cinema down South, Kamal Hassan, Vijay, Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Suresh Babu will be attending the wedding in Hyderabad. All in all the ceremony is going to be much talked about and a big starry affair like an award function.
