New Delhi: Sooraj Barjatya's upcoming film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' starring Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced.

The awaited film of the year PRDP is much more than the enormous sets and lavish decorations - it's about Barjatya-Salman reunion, Salman-Sonam's fresh pairing and Salman's return as the iconic character Prem.

But it seems that PRDP's journey to audience's hearts won't be easy as clouds of problems are hovering over the film which will hit the theatres on November 12, 2015.

Censor board has slammed the makers ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' for the title of the film in its Telugu version.

‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' is expected to release in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil and the film-makers changed the name of the film to ‘Prem Leela' for its Telugu version.

However, the new title hasn't gone down well with the censor board.

According to the media reports, censor board has stated that both the titles are way too different from each other and don't convey the same meanings.

According to the censor rules, if a title is dubbed in some other language it should convey it in the same context. However, if the title fails to convey the same meaning the makers of the film have to apply for a permission to use a different title.

While PRDP makers haven't applied for the new title, the censor board has slammed for its Telugu version.

Earlier, the censor board has slammed the ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' for the use of foul languages and had asked for three cuts before giving it a ‘U' certificate.

We wonder, after facing so much trouble, will Salman-Sooraj Barjatya reunion be able to recreate their magic onscreen.
