Actress Kangana Ranaut seems to be having her best time in the Bollywood nowadays.
After megastar Amitabh Bachchan praised her acting talent, its superstar Salman Khan who has turned fan of the ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns' actress.
Dabangg Khan, who is currently riding on the success of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, is reportedly the man behind Kangana signing filmmaker Nikhil Advani's upcoming project Katti Batti.
As per Mr. Advani, Salman suggested Kangana's name and said that she would be the perfect choice to play the part.
"Salman loved the script as soon as he heard it and suggested that Kangana would be the perfect fit for Payal's character. Later that night, Salman called Kangana, who was in New York and told her that Payal's character was tailor made for her. As soon as Kangana got back in town we took things forward," Pankaj revealed.
Also starring Imran Khan in lead role, Katti Batti will hit the theatres on September 18.
The movie is based on modern day romance that traces young architect Madhav Kabra's (Imran Khan) love for the free-spirited Payal (Kangana Ranaut).
