New Delhi: The royal couple of Bollywood-Saif and Kareena, has decided to leave their Pataudi house and are planning to shift to a new residence in Mumbai. There is no doubt that the duo loves to live life king size and so their new home is going to be nothing short of majestic amenities as what could be adjudged from their whooping investment of around Rs 50 cr. Yes, you heard it right. Saif has bought four floors of the building opposite to his current residence, Fortune Heights in Bandra. Each floor comprises a 3BHK apartment of 3,000 sq feet each, the cost of which is approx Rs12 crore. One of the floors will comprise of swimming pool while the other will have a beautiful terrace garden. According to a daily Saif is in discussion with an architect and interior designer who designed the houses of superstars like Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun Rampal. If everything goes as per plans, one floor will be ready by mid 2014 and we will see the ‘grav-pravesh' of Saif-Kareena in their new home next year.
