New Delhi: Ayesha Shroff-Sahil Khan battle is turning dirtier with the passing day. In the recent update with the case, Jackie and his wife have been granted injunction from the court restraining Sahil from defaming them.
Just a few days back, it was reported that Sahil's lawyer had produced intimate pictures of his and Jackie Shroff's wife in the court claiming the two just didn't share professional relationship.
Post this incident, it was rumoured that Jackie Shroff was planning to file a defamation case against Khan for not just trying to defame Ayesha but even for intimidating her.
Jackie and Ayesha had filed a suit for injunction against Sahil and his sister Shaishta claiming that in order to cover up their illegalities and in an attempt to divert the attention of the media and public from the main issue and also with a view to not pay a sum of Rs 4, 86, 50,000; Sahil has been defaming their family by circulating various rumours that are detrimental to their reputation and also by way of malicious publication in the print.

Ayesha had filed a case against Sahil who was also her former business partner, in November, for cheating her of Rs.5 crore. She had said that the actor did not return her the money that she gave him to buy some gifts for her family. She further claimed that he bought a Mercedes, an expensive watch and earrings for himself using her money.
At the time, Sahil had claimed that he did not have just have a professional relationship with the star wife. However, Ayesha denied those claims and said that the actor is gay and his wife divorced him because she caught him having sex with a male staff member.
Two days back, the court issued an order in which Sahil has now been restrained from making any allegations or releasing any photographs related to personal lives of Shroffs.
