New Delhi, March 21: Thursday morning brought a big shock for Sanjay Dutt fans and particularly the Box Office as the actor will have to spend three and a half years in jail and will be taken into custody once Mumbai Police gets certified copy of verdict.
According to a rough estimate, nearly Rs 250 crore Bollywood money is riding on Sanjay Dutt's movies which are on the planboard.
The actor has been sentenced to 5 years imprisonment by the Supreme Court in 1993 Mumbai blast case.
The Delhi court declared its verdict on a bunch of appeals and cross-appeals filed by and against 100 people including Dutt who were convicted by the special TADA court in 2006.
Sanjay Dutt's imprisonment would affect the Box-Office in a big way. There are a number of flicks which are under production while others have duly signed by the actor.
