Mumbai, Oct 5: Choreographer-turned-director Remo D'Souza has been diagnosed with dengue fever and admitted at a suburban hospital here.
He is undergoing treatment for the disease at Sanghvi Hospital in Andheri, where he was hospitalised on Saturday night.
"He has been admitted in hospital since Saturday night. His platelets count has gone down. He is stable now and will be discharged soon," wife, Lizelle D'Souza, told PTI.
Remo made his debut as a director with 'F.A.L.T.U', a remake of the 2006 comedy, Hollywood film 'Accepted'. The film was described as 'above average' at the box office.
He is presently working on a dance film with actor-choreographer-director Prabhu Deva in the lead role, which will be made in 3D. PTI
