New delhi: With a breeze of biopics ruling the current wind flow in Bollywood, here's another addition!
After Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Farhan Akhtar, now its turn for our 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani' diva to step into the shoes. Yes... Raveena Tondon has agreed to be a part of and playing the title role in a biopic based on Pakistan's slain politician Benazir Bhutto.
Raveena Tondon who ruled out that she is planning a comeback in Bollywood, has agreed to do a couple of films this year.
A source closed to the actress revealed, "A couple of days ago, Raveena had a meeting with the scriptwriter and he narrated the subject to her. She read the script and liked it too. It is a powerful character and she is keen to take it up."
And the news does not end here; Raveena has grown such a liking towards the project that she wishes to produce it as well.
"At present she is working on bringing in some changes in the script, and as soon they are accommodated, she'll jump onboard", adds the source.
In past Raveena bravely pulled on some powerful characters like, Aks, Pehchaan, Daman etc.
