Mumbai, Jan 4: Actress Raveena Tandon will be seen in a de-glamourised role in her upcoming bilingual film ‘Gin Liya Aasman'.
“Now headed for the shoot, last four day schedule of ‘Ginn Liya Aasman', turning out to be a sweet film, am in my non glamorous avataar, the Day begins,” Raveena wrote on twitter.
Earlier, Raveena had turned de-glam for Raja Sen's ‘The Laboratory', a bilingual movie (Bengali and Hindi) based on a story written by Rabindranath Tagore.
The movie, produced by Mudassar Aziz, Vishwajit Gaikwad and Anil Bohra, is a story of a boy, whose father—a naval officer, goes missing after a plane crash.
In this bilingual film, Raveena essays the role of a mother to a six-year-old boy and wife of the naval officer.
Earlier, the actress had to take lessons about a Marathi dialect, spoken in the interiors of the state.
The film, directed by Rishi Desphande, is expected to release this year.
