New Delhi: Raveena Tandon who was set to make her grand comeback with Anurag Kashyap's magnum opus - Bombay Velvet is apparently miffed with the filmmaker.
Anurag Kashyap who happens to be Raveena's good friend offered her a role in the 'Return Gift', which is refused. As reported by Mid-day, Raveena refused to work in Anurag's next - 'Return Gift' to be directed by Vikas Bahl.
According to the reports, Vikas who is still busy with Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer 'Shandaar' had offered a role to Raveena, which she didn't like.
This could be the outcome of what happened with her in Bombay Velvet, where so much hype was created about her role as a jazz singer and after shooting the complete sequence her role from the film was chopped as there were certain changes in the script.
However, Raveena made a dignified stance over the issue and stated that she has no dispute with anyone and the friendship with the film's director Anurag Kashyap is still intact.
One of the most anticipated films of 2015 - Bombay Velvet stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar. Bombay Velvet is scheduled to release in May.
