Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon, whose short-film ‘Jai Hind' on freedom fighters won million hearts, faced humiliation at an event celebrating India's Independence Day in Los Angeles.
The incident happened when a drunken man got on the stage and started misbehaving with the actress. The offender was a man named Neeraj Agnihotri, who was one of the organizers of the show.
According to Raveena, he made nasty comments at her just because she didn't let his children accompany in her car to the venue.
She revealed the details of the incident on the micro blogging site Twitter. Here is what she said:
In LA after two glorious days, of spending the Independence Day celebrations-sadly a bad ending.all was going well.Till a drunk got on stage
Some chap called Neeraj agnihotri started misbehaving, and padding comments, sadly all security was down Nd couldn't get to him first

I did give him a piece of my mind too.. That's no way to talk to anyone- when o didn't even know what he was upset about
Sadly had met such nice people.. But this guy spoilt the whole evening .. And the event went off amazing to
Well! It was brave on Raveena's part to revert to the abuser and didn't let the misconduct happening for long. Though, such an indecent incident at the Independence Day function certainly brings shame for the country.
