New Delhi: ‘Befikre', which created quite a buzz with its announcement and casting, is in the news again. Earlier, it has been in the limelight as it marks the comeback of Aditya Chopra as a director after 8 years. The last film helmed by him was SRK-Anushka starrer ‘Rab Ne Bana De Jodi.'
Also, the film made it to the headlines when the suspense behind the cast of the film was unveiled. Adi, who has till date worked only with SRK as his leading man, has first time casted someone other than him i.e. Ranveer Singh.
Naturally, Ranveer Singh has been on cloud nine since the announcement of his casting was done as no actor other than SRK has ever starred in a film by Aditya Chopra. But now there have been reports of Ranveer not being happy about the project.
The reports suggest that Ranveer, who was extremely elevated being a part of the film, is now a little disappointed. The reason behind this is the casting of Vaani Kapoor as his leading lady in the film.
Apparently, Ranveer had a very high expectation of his leading lady. He was expecting somebody with whom his jodi had already been loved and appreciated. Also, Vaani is just one film old with ‘Shuddh Desi Romance' opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
However, Ranveer has complete trust on Aditya Chopra and that's why he is going ahead with his decision.
Well, we wonder that how will Vaani react after learning that Ranveer is doing the film just because of Aditya Chopra? Would it lead to a fall out between the two actors? Will the film suffer because of their differences?
