Mumbai: A lot of accomplished actresses chose to marry men who were already taken. Rani Mukerji, who married Aditya Chopra in Italy recently, is also one such name. Here is a list of all those actresses who chose to become second wives.
*Rani Mukerji's name is now part of a long list of Bollywood actresses who found love in married or divorced men. She married Aditya Chopra April 21 in Italy who was previously married to Payal.
*Vidya Balan married UTV studios CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur in Dec 2012 to become Siddharth's not second but third wife. Siddharth's first wife was his childhood love while his second wife was a television producer. He separated from his second wife in 2008 and the divorce came in 2011.
*Kareena Kapoor is probably the most famous second wife with an 10-year-age gap between her and husband Saif Ali Khan. Saif's first wife is actress Amrita Singh who stole Saif's heart when he had just entered the industry while she was an established name. Amrita is 12 years older to Saif and probably the age difference came between the two as they ended their 13-year-old marriage in 2004. He then dated Italian model Rosa Catalano for three years before starting a relationship with Kareena. The couple tied the knot in Oct 2012.
