Bollywood smalltime actor Randeep Hooda apparently got aggressive with co-star Aijaz Khan on the sets of a film in which he has been cast as a boxer, says a media report.
Sushmita Sen's former boyfriend Randeep allegedly had a public spat with Aijaz after a photo-shoot during the casting of the film in which he is playing a boxer.
Aijaz has alleged that he was subsequently thrown out of the film because Randeep is very close to the producer of the film, Panchali Chakravarty.
"We were having a photo-shoot for the film and after that Randeep suddenly came up to me and said that no boxer has six-pack abs and so I am not fit for the role. I asked him which boxer movies has he seen. He told me that he has seen Raging Bull (starring Robert De Niro). I told him that De Niro has six pack abs there. He still kept on insisting that I am not looking like a boxer but a bodybuilder in the photos. He did that in full public view," Aijaz reveals.
What followed, claims Aijaz, was a spat on the sets where both of them got a 'little aggressive with each other'.
"After that incident, I was told that I am no more a part of the film. I was also told that the producer (Panchali) doesn't want me in the film anymore. I have never seen this unprofessional attitude before. If my co-actor is so insecure about me, then why am I being made to pay for it?" asks Aijaz, who was supposed to play the villain.
Randeep also confirmed that that Aijaz is no more a part of the film.
"Only I am the confirmed member of the star cast. He (Aijaz Khan) may claim anything but he is not a part of the film anymore. I don't want to comment on the incident because I have been asked not to comment on the film before its release," says Randeep.
The film was previously in the news because Chiranjeevi, former national coach and the coach of Olympic bronze medalist Akhil Kumar was the official trainer for the cast of the movie.
