New Delhi: This Christmas the much-in-love Bollywood couple of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif took their relationship to another level. Katrina Kaif missed festivities with her family in London, to join Ranbir Kapoor for a family brunch hosted by veteran actor Shashi Kapoor.
While happy pictures of this rendezvous have been doing the rounds of media, it is also being noted that Ranbir's mother actress Neetu Kapoor gave it a miss.
When the entire Kapoor clan was busy in merriment, absence of Neetu was bound to raise eyebrows.
Several conspiracy theories about Neetu's absence from the party have been floating around, the strongest one being that she did not want to be under the same roof as Katrina Kaif.
Time and again, gossipmongers from the industry have revealed that Neetu doesn't get along well with Katrina. In fact, in November last year, Neetu had posted a picture on her Instagram account and cropped Katrina out of it. When Ranbir's cousin Natasha posted the same picture on social media, Katrina was very much present in the frame.

As it turns out, Neetu is known to not be warm to Ranbir's girlfriends. Years ago, when Ranbir and Deepika were dating, Neetu ignored her too. However, after their break up, Neetu has developed an affinity towards Deepika and also called her to appreciate her performance in ‘Tamasha'.
Well, till the exact reason of Neetu missing the Kapoor Christmas brunch doesn't surface, this theory will definitely not die soon. Maybe its time, the Kapoor family addressed the elephant in the room and revealed the real reason.
