New Delhi: Ever since Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have moved in together, marriage with girlfriend have been doing the rounds for a long time.
Reports suggest that Ranbir has been given a deadline for marriage, not by Katrina but his parents! The Bombay Velet actor's parents have asked him to tie the knot by 2016.
We hear that Ranbir was seen telling the same to a friend of amidst a shoot for TV show recently.
The Kapoor lad was overheard by a source who revealed the details to a leading tabloid. The actor stated that marriage isn't on his mind as of now or any time next year as well.
The superstar was overheard saying that he isn't getting married next year. The actor dropped a hint by saying that 2016 is the deadline his parents have set for him to settle down.
A source informed the tabloid saying, “Ranbir's personal life has been under the scanner. It can be extremely taxing when you know that the media is watching you.
From what he said and what I understand, the wedding isn't happening next year. Yes, his priority is his work and his relationship — but marriage isn't on the cards yet.”
On the work front, RK has been signed by his Barfi and Jagga Jasoos director Anurag Basu for a biopic on veteran singer and actor Kishore Kumar. Ranbir will have four big releases in 2015 — Bombay Velvet, Roy, Jagga Jasoos and Tamasha.
And if his close chat with his colleague is to be believed then the much awaited Ranbir-Katrina wedding will happen in 2016.
After Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan's grand wedding, we certainly are expecting Ranbir-Katrina to be next in line.
The kalira was dropped on Kat's head by Arpita, so maybe it will happen soon. Hope for best!
